MC Kunal (IND)
Kunal stands out as the fastest-growing Indian origin comedian living in denial.
Although this may seem like an oddly specific group (which identifies itself as urban poor), it’s precisely this unique combination that sets him apart and helps him excel where there’s no competition. Dry and deliberate in humour, his monotone paints a colourful picture and packs in periodic punchlines.
Sadaf (AFG)
Sadaf Nazimi is an Afghan-Dutch comedian on the rise. Sadaf captivates audiences with her charming storytelling, weaving tales of her Afghan upbringing in the Netherlands, student adventures, and au pair experiences in the US. Her fresh perspective and humor leave audiences delighted and inspired.
Yiwen/Goes By Giselle (CHN)
Yiwen comes from China. She is a Rotterdam-based comedian who runs a Chinese-language comedy show with a crew of equally funny expats — and yes, she also hits the English mics herself. She delivers ruthless punchlines and unfiltered culture shocks that leave audiences laughing dangerously close to a concussion. With the kind of sharp humor that makes your Chinese aunty laugh…Don’t tell people this outside!
Mehdi (TUN)
Mehdi, originally from Tunisia, relocated to Paris before ultimately settling in the Netherlands. He came for love, often threatens to leave after a long rainy day, but the allure of Dutch beer in the sun keeps him in place. Having been immersed in different cultures throughout his life, he enjoys reflecting on these experiences in his comedy.
Matthijs (NLD)
A comedian from Eindhoven and a proud graduate of the local open mic circuit — which is like a real university, but with more heartbreak and fewer diplomas.
His comedy mixes dry wit, personal chaos, and the kind of deep thoughts you usually only have in the shower. Expect awkward charm, philosophical detours, and just enough self-awareness to keep things interesting.
Max (NLD)
Max Bastiaansen is a 19-year-old local comic just starting out, bringing a relaxed and honest style to the stage. With a quiet sense of humor and a laid-back presence, Max talks about everyday life, growing up, and the small things that don’t always make sense.
Rebecca (GBR)
Elo (BDI)
No matter how many books will be written about this guy it will still fall short to complete his story. Elo is a black man from Burundi and Ruwanda (both countries in africa) who ran away from home because he was pissed at his mom more than the ongoing war, walked a little too far without a map and ended up in the Netherlands as a refugee on a boat. Now that he has his papers in the Netherlands he is still around around bringing his story to the audience in the most
Carlos (VEN)
Carlos Montoya is a Latino comedian based in the Netherlands. Performing regularly in both Spanish & English, he brings sharp observations, cultural confusion, and just enough self-deprecation to keep the audience from calling the police.
Currently working on his first European tour, one gig at a time, is visiting Eindhoven for the very first time
